Position Summary : As a Sr. Treasury Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for supporting treasury and debt management activities including forecasting, budgeting, financing activities, capital and cash management. Responsibilities of the Treasury function include (but are not limited to) : oversight of various credit facilities, monitoring debt compliance, financial modeling, collateral analysis, review of KPIs, preparation of presentation materials, and managing rating agency and lender relationships. The role will require the individual to act as a liaison between various finance and operations teams and the corporate treasury function. Key Responsibilities : • Support the maintenance of the overall capital structure, including compliance with all lender deliverables and debt covenants. • Prepare debt, cash and interest forecasts for planning purposes. • Support on‑going requirements for securitization financing by completing monthly and quarterly reporting requirements. • Monitor operational requirements including debt performance triggers and compliance with borrower and supporting obligations. • Support cash management functions including daily cash positioning, payment processing, and bank account maintenance. • Analyze and monitor collateral to support corporate and line of business specific debt. • Assist in the optimization of the overall capital structure by providing support through various financing initiatives. • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency in treasury management processes. • Ad‑hoc analysis and presentations to support internal and external stakeholders. Desired Skills and Qualifications : • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar discipline required. • Working towards or completed CFA, CPA, CMA, or CTP designation preferred. • 2‑4 years of finance related experience required. • Treasury experience with exposure to cash management, bank relationship management, or structured finance preferred. • Advanced Excel skills required. • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Access proficiency a bonus. • Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large quantities of data to identify trends, assess commercial impacts, and communicate results or recommendations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A self‑starter with strong attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines. • Ability to prioritize, critically analyze, solve and where appropriate, elevate issues. • Strong decision‑making and analytical skills.
