Description Sr Automation Controls engineer will support sites within AR East related to controls continuous improvement projects and create mechanisms for local teams to drive improvements. The role will focus on OEE, Flow mechanisms, controls communication improvements as well as Jam DPMO improvements. Key job responsibilities Support Sev calls in the AR East Super Region and give direction during the calls Be able to travel to sites and help with training, audit our local controls team and build a very strong mechanisms for the teams. Work closely with the NACF Controls Team and be the POC for AR East Work on Flow improvements in AR East including Jam DPMO and First Pass Yield Work with the sites to improve Scan Defects, MHE Defects and AR Drive Health Develop SOPs related to trouble shooting techniques for the sites. About The Team Our RME Team has a mission of driving continuous improvement through our customer obsession. Basic Qualifications Controls experience related to Profibus, ASIMON and Flexsort, and PLC Logic applications Controls experience related to Profibus, ASIMON and Flexsort, and PLC Logic applications BS in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline or BS/BA with 4+ years’ experience in maintenance or 2+ years Amazon experience Experience leading change management in multiple site environments Experience commissioning or accepting equipment from integrator Experience troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions 7+ years’ experience working in industrial controls and automation Exhibit knowledge and experience with the major MHE integrators Proven experience driving goals with minimal day-to-day supervision Proficient data analyst and new processes developer/adapter Preferred Qualifications Controls experience related to Dematic, Intelligrated and Vanderlande systems. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $193,100/year in our highest geographic market.
