Sr. Analyst Mixed Methods (open to remote)

About the position The Senior Mixed-Methods Analyst will lead research projects that integrate both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform key business decisions across the organization. This role focuses on conducting and analyzing in-depth interviews, focus groups, and surveys, ensuring that consumer needs and perspectives are central to business strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience translating both qualitative and quantitative data into strategic recommendations. Responsibilities • Lead the design and execution of research projects that combine qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, IDIs, focus groups, and observational research. • Analyze and synthesize data from both qualitative and quantitative sources to uncover key consumer insights. • Partner with teams across the organization to ensure that study design and goals align with strategic business objectives. • Present qualitative and quantitative findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring insights are actionable. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data analysis and reporting. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research, including interviewing, coding, thematic analysis, survey design, and study design. • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviewing, focus groups, ethnography, survey design, and study design. • Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering insights. • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations. Nice-to-haves • Certifications in Qualitative Research or Market Research • Some experience with/ability in integrating findings from mixed methods research into strategy recommendations.
