Specialized Behavioral Health Recruiter (USA) – Mental Health

We are looking for an expert Behavioral Health Recruiter to help us scale our clinical team. This is a contract-based role for a professional who understands that recruiting in the mental health space requires more than just "headhunting"—it requires an understanding of clinical credentials, state licensure, and the empathy needed to connect with care providers. Our goal is to find high-quality providers (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or similar title) who are the right cultural and clinical fit for our organization. Required Qualifications Proven Track Record: At least 3+ years of experience specifically in Behavioral Health recruitment within the USA. Licensure Knowledge: Deep understanding of the differences between independent licenses (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, etc.) and associate-level licenses. Tools: Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and experience with modern ATS platforms. Experience recruiting for Telehealth. Communication: Highly professional English communication skills with the ability to "sell" our mission to busy clinicians.
