We're seeking a skilled software engineer to join our high-performing server team in building and maintaining the high-scale applications that power our business. This is a fully remote, 40-hour per week contract position with the opportunity to shape the future of advertising technology. Who you are • You are an experienced software engineer who excels in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with a history of collaborating effectively with product and QA teams. • You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality code on time and within budget. • You are a self-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. • You are passionate about technology and eager to learn new skills. • You are a team player who is willing to go the extra mile to help your colleagues succeed. What you’ll do • Contribute to cutting-edge greenfield projects that push the boundaries of advertising technology. • Develop scalable back-end and front-end code using Ruby/Rails, Java, JavaScript, Elixir/Phoenix. • Experiment with emerging technologies to identify the optimal tools for each task. • Maintain exceptional code quality through thorough code reviews and comprehensive automated tests. • Utilize agile methodologies to manage multiple weekly releases. • Participate in and enhance DevOps processes for our revenue-critical applications.
