We’re looking for an experienced brand and content leader who has already proven success growing and managing brands online. This is not an entry-level or experimental role — we need someone who can step in and immediately take ownership of our digital presence. The Role We’re hiring a Brand Manager / Content Creator / Social Media Manager who will be the strategic and creative driver of our online presence. You won’t have to be the face of the brand — but you will be the brain behind it, directing content, strategy, and execution across platforms. What You’ll Do • Develop and oversee a cohesive brand identity across all channels. • Create and manage content calendars and campaigns for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. • Film, edit, and produce content — or direct contractors to achieve high-quality results. • Write engaging copy for posts, campaigns, and ads. • Monitor analytics and optimize strategies for growth and engagement. • Highlight our projects, customer stories, and company values with professional-level content. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in brand management, content creation, and social media growth. • Strong skills in video editing, design, and copywriting. • Track record of measurable results (growth, engagement, conversions). • Knowledge of social trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing best practices. • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, etc. • Organized, self-motivated, and able to own the entire digital presence. • Bonus: Background in home services, solar, or construction industries. Must-Have Application Requirements We are only considering candidates who can provide: Portfolio or proof of previous work (social media accounts managed, campaigns, videos, or content samples).
