Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has immediate requirements for a remote working contract ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant / Architect with ITSM Performance Analytics - this will an initial 8 month contract of part time hours (around 20 hours per week) based in the USA. USC ONLY. Applicants need to possess the following skills : ServiceNow - 5 years+ ITSM Performance Analytics - ESSENTIAL Excellent communication or consultancy skills ServiceNow certified - CSA, CAD and CIS certifications 2 or more (ITSM Performance Analytics) You will use your knowledge to get involved in the configuration, support discovery, workshops, demo's, user stories and advise on best practices.
