We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager for Data Analytics & Digital Products to join our "Analytics & Behavior Change" team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Pharmacy Benefits Management ecosystem. About the Role As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guiding a team in the development of cutting-edge digital products that leverage data analytics, cloud-based technology, and AI. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, data engineering, and application development, to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business and customers. Key Responsibilities Define and execute product strategies, vision, and roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs. Lead the product development lifecycle, from user research and requirements gathering to product launch and iteration. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment on product plans and priorities. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and drive business growth. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, QA engineers, and application developers to ensure successful product delivery. Facilitate continuous communication and collaboration across functional units and stakeholder groups. Define and manage product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 10+ years of experience in software development projects. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data analytics and digital products. 5+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies. 4+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering and data science teams. 1+ year of hands-on experience with programming languages, such as Python or SQL. Deep knowledge of healthcare data, including nuances, common use cases, and limitations. Proven track record of managing successful analytics products throughout their lifecycle. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Mastery of problem-solving and decision-making skills. Background in forecasting, what-if scenario planning, and financial analysis. Technical hands-on experience with SQL, cloud-based architecture, PySpark, and Python. Experience with data analytics tools and technologies. Education and Compensation A bachelor's degree is required for this role. The typical pay range for this position is $106,605.00 - $284,280.00, with opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity awards.
