Senior Learning Skills Coach - 25/hr-40/hr - Remote - TPAPT - Boulder, CO - work from home job Company: TPAPT Job description: , a national consortium of over 12,000 locally owned and operated Tutoring & College Advising Programs, is seeking an experienced Learning Coach to work with students in grades 6-12 and their tutors. You will work closely with students to understand their unique learning styles and create customized lesson plans that support their individual academic goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, exhibits strong communication skills, and is committed to helping students succeed. What You'll Do • Work with students and their coaches on their learning plan • Manage and execute a regular and frequent communication plan with parents • Help junior coaches create and prepare lessons Requirements What Does "Highly Qualified" Mean To Us? • You've earned a Bachelor's Degree • You are certified in or have an excellent understanding of Special Education • You have a background in Psychology, Social Work, or Life Coaching (major bonus points!) • You possess a foundational knowledge of math through and including Algebra I. • Familiarity with reading techniques such as the Linda Mood Bell and Orton Gillingham (major bonus points!) • You have a flexible afternoon schedule • You are comfortable working with students both in-person and remotely • You are a wonderful human with a sparkling personality and great disposition Benefits • Coaching rates are set between $25 for entry-level folks eager to learn and up to $40 for more for licensed or degreed educators, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent role as a Head Coach!
