Seeking Creative Short-Form Script Writer

We are a growing content marketing agency that helps business owners grow their presence, increase leads and sales through short-form content. We’re seeking a skilled, hard-working, and intuitive Copywriter who specializes in short-form content to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-converting, engaging scripts designed to capture attention, deliver value, and drive action across platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. This position involves collaborating with clients from a wide range of industries and niches, tailoring messaging, tone, and storytelling to align with each brand’s unique voice and audience. You’ll collaborate closely with our ideation and review teams to bring client brands to life through viral storytelling and proven content frameworks. POSITION INFORMATION: • Remote Job • Flexible Hours • Part time ( will turn into full-time position as we grow) • Process: Ideas will be given for all scripts, this role focuses on bringing those ideas to life. • Pay - $12 per script (Monthly 100+ scripts) RESPONSIBILITIES: • Research and analyze viral videos within the assigned niche to identify trends, patterns, and key elements that drive performance. • Write persuasive short-form video scripts, including strong hooks, engaging bodies, and clear calls-to-action that follow our proven frameworks. • Create detailed editing notes, filming instructions for clients, and optimized captions to ensure each video maximizes watch time and audience engagement. REQUIREMENTS: • Understanding of Short-Form Content: • Strong grasp of structure (hooks, value delivery, CTAs, pacing, and length). • Understanding of what makes videos go viral and how to engage audiences quickly. • Proven Copywriting Experience: • Demonstrated ability to write high-converting, engaging short-form scripts (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts). • Ability to craft attention-grabbing hooks and maintain viewer retention throughout. • Scripts you’ve written have gone viral 250k+ views • Original Work Only: • Do not use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to write or generate content. • System-Oriented: • Able to follow detailed processes, workflows, and creative systems that are already established. • Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: • Keeps projects, files, and communication well-structured and up to date. • Familiar with Notion • Long-Term Mindset: • Looking for a stable, consistent role with potential for long-term collaboration. • Responsive Communication: • Must be highly reliable in communication and respond within 30 minutes during work hours. (9-6 CST) • Must Be based in the Americas or be available • Fluent in English • Dependable and Consistent: • Always meets deadlines and maintains a high standard of reliability and accountability.
