Seasonal Advisor, Channel Retail
About the position As a Seasonal Advisor within our Channel Retail team, you will help drive holiday sales in an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store during the most important time of year. As a key collaborator supporting our full-time team member at a door in their community, you will maximize performance during a peak period by helping customers with your positive attitude, love for technology, and passion for Apple. Through your stellar communication and engagement skills, you will grow Apple business by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and generating excitement around the entire Apple ecosystem. Responsibilities • Represent Apple within a single partner store to drive sales and grow business. • Educate and encourage customers to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product services portfolio as well as current promotions. • Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating product benefits and value proposition through demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups. • Strive for excellence and ensure Apple's outstanding dedication to brand standards are upheld throughout your store in partnership with the Community Specialist. • Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards. Requirements • High level of integrity, trust, and accountability. • Strong self motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. • Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions. • Background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus.
