Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Remote Position in SaaS Company

Location: Remote Eligibility: This position is open to candidates currently living outside of the United States. Salary: $1,200–$1,800/month USD (based on experience) + Commission (eligible after one year, based on performance) About Virtual Diamond Boutique (VDB) Virtual Diamond Boutique (VDB) is the global jewelry industry’s leading SaaS provider, delivering innovative digital tools that transform how diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry are sourced, sold, and traded. We are expanding our global sales team and seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound demand generation and pipeline growth. VDB is incorporated in the US and has offices worldwide. Position Overview The SDR plays a critical role in identifying prospective customers, starting conversations, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team. This is a high-activity, remote role requiring discipline, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates residing outside the US will be considered. Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Demand Generation • Make 100+ outbound calls per day, and engage prospects through email and social outreach • Research companies and identify key decision-makers within the jewelry and luxury sectors • Maintain a steady volume of new leads in the sales pipeline Lead Qualification • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs • Qualify leads and hand off high-quality opportunities to the sales team • Follow structured outreach sequences to maximize connection and conversion CRM Management • Log all activity in Salesforce or a similar CRM • Manage follow-ups, track progress, and maintain accurate records Collaboration • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and lead quality • Share market feedback to improve prospecting strategy RequirementsExperience & Skills • Minimum 1+ year of SDR experience (required), preferably in SaaS, tech, or other outbound-focused environments • Proven success in high-volume outbound calling • Fluent spoken English with clear, professional communication • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools Personal Attributes • Motivated, organized, and consistent • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Strong desire to grow into more advanced sales roles Equipment Requirements • Must have your own computer, reliable internet connection, and a professional headset for calling Salary & Benefits • $1,200–$1,800/month USD depending on experience • Commission eligibility after one year, based on performance • Fully remote role • Opportunities for advancement within a global, fast-growing tech company How to Apply Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter explaining your SDR experience and why you are interested in joining VDB.
