Physicians Rehab Solution is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in PT/OT recruitment to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for their outpatient therapy clinics. The role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring healthcare professionals while promoting the company's values and culture. Responsibilities • Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end hiring process for clinical and roles—from sourcing and screening to offer. • Source Top Talent: Develop and execute sourcing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Indeed Resume Finder, as well as niche healthcare job boards. • Engage Talent in Therapy Fields: Specifically target and recruit physical and occupational therapy professionals, leveraging your familiarity with the space to find the right fit. • Represent PRS at Career Fairs: Attend and represent the organization at college and professional career fairs, building brand awareness and pipeline talent. • Build Relationships: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft job postings, and ensure a smooth and aligned interview and selection process. • Optimize Recruitment Tools: Use applicant tracking systems (ADP, TrackVia, etc.) to manage pipelines, schedule interviews, and report on recruitment metrics. • Promote Our Brand: Actively share our values and culture with candidates, providing a positive and professional experience at every stage. Skills • 2–5 years of talent acquisition or sourcing experience, including 1–2 years specifically recruiting for physical and occupational therapy roles. • Demonstrated ability to source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Indeed Resume Finder, and other digital platforms. • Familiarity with healthcare roles, terminology, and licensure requirements—especially in outpatient therapy settings. • Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. • Able to manage multiple open requisitions with minimal supervision. • Maintains a well-presented and professional image in line with business casual standards, especially when representing the organization at events, meetings, or in virtual settings. • Willing to travel 5-10 times per year for job fairs, onsite visits, or training as needed.
