Hours after training: 8:00am - 4:30pm CST (30 min lunch)Duties Place and receive calls regarding medical charts while providing excellent customer service. Perform repetitive tasks such as copying and pasting. Navigate call center software to perform research, answer inquiries, and update information. Adhere to call center metrics regarding quality and performance goals.Requirements 6 months to 1 yr of call center experience, data entry with multi-tasking Live within 30 miles of Houston, TX. Quiet home office environment with high-speed internet.
