Position Summary: Remote - .Net Developer | ASP.Net | C# Developer | Dot Net Programmer | Engineer. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define user stories and business requirements. • Estimate delivery effort and prioritize high-impact deliverables as a scrum team leader. • Influence and guide the design, development, and deployment of product architectures. • Lead platform modernization from legacy systems to new, scalable solutions, focusing on performance and security. • Implement .NET-based solutions in an enterprise environment, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Develop or enhance SQL Server data layers and incorporate JavaScript/single-page application features. • Oversee rapid, reliable, and repeated delivery of high-quality platform solutions. • Act as a technical liaison between scrum teams, product owners, and external business units. • Provide direction to software engineers and quality engineers, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and deadlines. • Drive functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., security, performance) through collaborative, iterative development. • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, or equivalent tools. • Advocate for Test Driven Development (TDD) and microservices architecture to improve reliability and maintainability of code. Required Qualifications: • 5+ Years of experience developing .NET-based solutions in an enterprise setting, influencing both development and architecture. • 2+ Years of experience with SQL Server for data storage, retrieval, and transformation. • 2+ Years of experience with JavaScript and single-page applications. • Experience in Healthcare or familiarity with Risk Adjustment and Quality Management processes. • Bachelor s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Azure Cloud development experience (Compute, Storage, Networking, etc.). • Experience with data transformation and integration. • Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub. • Understanding of microservices development patterns. • Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies. Additional Details: • Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis (no sponsorship offered). • Location: This role can be Remote from anywhere in the US.
