Remote Mental Health Therapist - Part Time
About the position Responsibilities • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions. • Curate individualized treatment plans and review outcomes. • Complete concurrent review notes. • Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning. • Conduct intake assessments for new clients as needed. • Lead IOP group sessions as needed. Requirements • Fully licensed within the State of Missouri (LPC, LMFT, LCSW). • Experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities is preferred. • Well versed in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP and confident integrating them into treatment approaches. • Ability to work within a collaborative team environment alongside other care providers. • Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults. • Experience delivering therapy over video strongly desired. • Ability to work between 10-20 hours per week during program hours. Nice-to-haves • Experience in providing therapy to adolescents and young adults. • Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies.
