Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Utilize our live chat platform to communicate with customers, providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services. Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise. Maintain a high level of productivity and meet performance metrics, ensuring that customer satisfaction and response times are consistently met. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Essential Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions. Proficiency in using live chat platforms and other customer support software. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline. Integrity and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and development. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or a related field. Familiarity with the shipping container industry or a related sector. Knowledge of CRM software and other customer support tools. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong typing skills and ability to multitask. As a Remote Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll enjoy: A competitive base salary of $500 per month, plus a 5% commission on container sales (approximately $20-$30 per container sold). Paid training to ensure you're equipped to succeed in your role. Paid sick days, paid days off, and holidays, including Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, New Year's Day, and New Year's Eve. Bi-monthly payments via Wise or Payoneer. Work Schedule and Time Zone Requirements We're looking for team members who can commit to working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST.
