Job Description Only considering candidates in the state of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Texas, Arizona, and Florida Job Summary Responsible for data entry/review and clerical duties specific to those Front-End functions allowed to be performed without a Pharmacy Tech certification/license. Assists in Back End efforts such as Picking, Packing and Manifesting based on business need. Job Responsibilities • Specialist Front End is a non-registered and/or non-licensed position. • Performs tasks but not limited to: image indexing, data entry/review and clerical duties, AE report filing. • May be responsible for stocking non-pharmaceutical products where allowed by pharmacy • regulations. • May assist with department training and new hire support. • Other responsibilities as judgement or necessity dictate. External Basic Qualifications • High School diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED • 1 year of work experience in a healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM and/or call center setting • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction • Basic knowledge of and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite and/or similar operating/software programs • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner Preferred Qualifications • Must have an active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by state Board of Pharmacy • Experience in call center or customer service work environment • Experience in escalation/resolution with successfully applying de-escalation techniques We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. An employee in this position can expect an hourly rate between $15.00 to $20.00. The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
