[Remote] Clinical Operations Specialist, Quality & Safety

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Midi Health is focused on improving patient safety and quality through their Clinical Quality Program. The Clinical Operations Specialist, Quality & Safety will analyze clinical data, assess adherence to protocols, and support quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with clinical managers to enhance workflow and technology improvements. Responsibilities • Play a critical role improving patient safety and quality • Support organization-wide workflow and technology improvements • Make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes within a supportive team • Collect and analyze data from chart audits, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement • Utilize tools such as QuickSight, Athena, Clarity, and Google Workspace for data-driven insights • Proactively clarify uncertainties, ask for support when needed, and foster a collaborative and transparent team culture • Contribute to performance improvement projects across the patient care team • Assist in developing and refining auditing resources, protocols, and guidelines to promote continuous improvement in clinical practices • Ensure due dates are met while maintaining high standards of accuracy and protocol compliance Skills • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Sheets and the ability to interpret and articulate data clearly • Ability to autonomously manage multiple projects at once, pivot mid-project, and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats • Embrace a growth-mindset, including willingness to give and receive feedback in real time • Compassionate and thoughtful approach to decision-making and feedback, with a strong ability to consider multiple perspectives to inform conclusions • Fluency in written and spoken English • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license • Experience with chart audits, quality assessments, patient safety, and/or process improvement in healthcare settings Company Overview • Midi Health provides virtual care for women in midlife, offering clinician support for menopause, hormonal health, and related conditions.
