The goal of this role is ensure DaVita is the provider of choice to hospitals. This teammate will engage renal discharge planners and case managers in an effort to build and strengthen relationships. Their focus is to ensure a smooth and seamless experience in support of newly diagnosed and hospitalized dialysis patients to ensure a successful transition to the outpatient setting.Candidate must reside in Missouri or Nebraska; Saint Louis or Nebraska City preferred Account Manager/Executive experience preferred Sound like you?
