[Remote] AI Software Engineer - Full Stack (Junior to Mid)

As a junior to mid-level AI Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will build AI-powered applications, integrating LLMs into psychometric workflows while collaborating with research teams to deliver high-quality code. Responsibilities Build full-stack web apps consuming LLM APIs Work effectively with team members to design and produce high quality code Implement RAG pipelines, prompt optimization, and cost-efficient inference strategies Own features end-to-end: frontend to backend to cloud deployment Collaborate with research teams to translate requirements into working systems Ensure code and development practices adhere to security requirements Troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate updates and resolution plans Skills US citizenship with ability to obtain clearance if needed BS Computer Science or equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in software development of web applications Production experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL, REST APIs AWS or Azure cloud fundamentals (AWS preferred) Understanding of LLM fundamentals (prompting, context windows, fine-tuning concepts, RAG) Passion for improving software quality and the user experience.
