Edit videos using trending audio, captions, hooks, and formats that work well for Instagram and Facebook. Create branded graphics for market updates, tips, and educational posts. Repurpose content across platforms to maximize efficiency and consistency. Research local trends, real estate topics, and ideas relevant to buyers and sellers in the NW suburbs. Maintain a regular posting schedule (5–7 posts weekly + consistent Stories). Track analytics and recommend improvements to increase visibility and engagement. Proven experience creating content specifically for Instagram and Facebook. Ability to edit short-form video (Reels, vertical video, subtitles, transitions, etc.). Strong understanding of real estate content or willingness to learn quickly. Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and growth strategies.
