Real Estate Marketing Coordinator

About the position The Real Estate Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with the listing coordinator and partners to create and deliver marketing materials for various real estate listings. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules. The coordinator will also work with the marketing department to enhance processes and ensure an exceptional experience for agents. Responsibilities • Schedule, track, and complete marketing requests, prioritizing and completing on time typically 24-48 hours. , • Coordinate and manage e-blast calendar. , • Manage company social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook). , • Write copy for a wide range of materials, including social media captions, magazine ads, short and long listing descriptions, and print materials. , • Create content and improve graphic designs in Photoshop and Canva. , • Execute marketing campaigns for new listings, from signed contract through to closing. , • Work with agents to create personal marketing materials (i.e., postcards, flyers, mailers, etc.). , • Build and update pages for the agent portal with copywriting and graphic design. Requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation. , • Exceptional organizational and project management skills for managing multiple projects. , • Familiarity with various marketing platforms and channels, including social media and print campaigns. , • Understanding of brand and services to tailor marketing efforts. , • High degree of creativity and innovation for effective marketing strategies. , • Experience with programs for keyword research and identifying target audiences. , • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing metrics. Nice-to-haves • Expert proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading. , • Fluent in Instagram and Facebook. , • Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop. , • Aptitude for web design and graphic design. , • Exceptional attention to detail. , • Ability to work independently. , • Strong project management and organization skills. , • Fluent in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and strong spreadsheet knowledge.
