As a QA Engineer Intern at GENIE AI, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, particularly within the ALBIS™ platform. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features • Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing • Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security compliance • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QA activities • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testing strategies and coverage • Create and maintain detailed QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports • Mentor and guide junior QA team members and interns Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 1 year of experience in software quality assurance and testing • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar • Familiarity with issue-tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work • Knowledge of AI, ML, or NLP technologies is a plus • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is advantageous If you are passionate about quality and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we encourage you to apply for this role.
