As a Surveyor Technician, you will assess and maintain healthcare standards, ensuring that quality care is delivered across the state. Responsibilities Entering survey renewal information into various systems and platforms Fielding inquiries through various communication channels from facilities, patients, families, and other agencies Process surveys for different health facilities Responsible for all areas of processing, including cover letters and surveys Scans, copies, redacts, and mails a variety of documents to different recipients Establishes licensed and unlicensed facility files in Electronic Licensing Management System (ELMS) Using various systems to produce different reports for Licensing and Certification (L&C) and other public agencies Entering and managing certification records in ASPEN system Provides bilingual customer service by telephone and/or in person Skills Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency Technical expertise in assessing and maintaining healthcare standards Ability to enter survey renewal information into various systems and platforms Experience in fielding inquiries through various communication channels from facilities, patients, families, and other agencies Ability to process surveys for different health facilities Experience in processing cover letters and surveys Ability to scan, copy, redact, and mail a variety of documents to different recipients Experience in establishing licensed and unlicensed facility files in Electronic Licensing Management System (ELMS) Ability to use various systems to produce different reports for Licensing and Certification (L&C) and other public agencies Experience in entering and managing certification records in ASPEN system Ability to provide bilingual customer service by telephone and/or in person Benefits Hybrid telework schedule may be available for this position This position is subject to PLP 2025 and will have a monthly base pay reduction of 3% in exchange for 5 hours of leave credits through June 2027.
