Job Description We’re looking for a motivated Assistant to Category Manager in assortment matrix management to join our team for execution of the simple analytical and regular tasks, data pre-processing for Category manager decision-making, negotiation with suppliers, communication with related departments. Responsibilities Report generation and preparation for decision-making Data collection and basic analysis Calculation of the commercial efficiency of PB products according to set commercial and logistics limits Assigning tasks to cross-functional teams Confirmation of product and supplier documentation with the quality department Requirements Bachelor or higher level diploma 1+ years of proven success experience in commerce/purchasing/sales Moderate knowledge of Excel and Google sheets Systems thinking and analytical skills English proficiency level B1 or higherCategory management base skills Data Analysis base skills Multi-tasking and Prioritization Will be nice Knowledge of Auto parts manufacturers brands and quality selection Experience in e-com sales and demand planning Negotiations experience What do we offer?
