Role:- Product Manager Location:- Remote Job Type:- 6+ Month Contract Job Description: • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. This role will focus on improving student online learning experience, integration with Learning Management System(s), integrating new student services, etc. The ideal candidate should be a data-driven problem-solver with a track record of creating amazing user experiences and products. This is a contract position. Responsibilities: • Prioritization: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives • based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. • User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs and analyze and synthesize information to define opportunities for improvements • Requirements Documentation: Translate user needs and problems into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Maintain a prioritized backlog of stories • Agile Development: Work with Technical team in an Agile environment. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Stakeholder Management: Communicate verbally and in writing with various stakeholders, manage expectations, and address concerns. • Product Testing and Launch: Oversee and conduct product testing to ensure quality product features are launched. Develop and manage product launch plans, including processes, workflows, and training materials. • Monitor Success Metrics: Identify and monitor key performance indicators and iterate on features based on qualitative and quantitative feedback. • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure their solution is seamlessly integrated into our ecosystem. • Qualifications • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience. • Proven experience with Agile methodologies • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methods • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work with remote teams in a collaborative environment • Strong analytical skills and a penchant for data-driven decision-making • Experience with Educational technology is desirable but not required.
