We seek engineers to help us scale our engineering community from different perspectives (product, tech and internal organisation). You have the opportunity to make a significant impact: You’ll be able to tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many stakeholders. You’ll design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access (more details in this article ). You’ll be able to contribute to hiring your future coworkers and shape candidates’ hiring experience (improving our technical assessment process etc...) You're the perfect fit if most of this sounds like you: Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences. Good experience building and shipping mobile applications Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in Object-Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#. Clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority). Fluent in English (no need to speak French!). What makes you stand out: Experience building digital health products in a fast-paced environment Mobile development experience (React Native) - our members live on mobile For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-F level range .
