Position Overview : We are seeking a Producer/Risk Management Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to advise clients on risk management strategies and insurance solutions. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, industry knowledge, and strong communication abilities to effectively assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage options. Work Arrangement : This is a full-time, remote position that supports our office located in Jacksonville, FL. Professional Responsibilities : • Conduct risk assessments for clients to identify potential risks and exposures. • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses. • Analyze insurance policies and coverage options to provide tailored recommendations to clients. • Collaborate with insurance underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and coverage enhancements. • Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support and guidance on risk management practices. • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure accurate and up-to-date risk management advice. Qualifications and Requirements : • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience in insurance sales, risk analysis, or related roles. • Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and negotiation abilities. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CRM, CIC) are a plus.
