Pharmacovigilance Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist - Hybrid

Job Description: As a Pharmacovigilance Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist, you will support the execution of activities that involves implementing scientific, operational, and regulatory reporting initiatives to meet client needs while leveraging expertise in life sciences strategy, data analytics, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Build and enhance data analytics models to drive efficiency, quality, and informed decision-making. • Develop and maintain reporting databases and analytics applications using Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, and SAP Business Objects. • Utilize internal systems to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual data retrieval. • Collaborate with validation teams to create and manage test scripts, plans, and summary reports. • Analyze data trends with cross-functional teams to support research and provide actionable insights. • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders regularly and on an ad-hoc basis. • Monitor healthcare industry trends to refine analytical programs and reporting mechanisms. • Address stakeholder concerns and propose effective solutions through collaboration. • Ensure data integrity and traceability across transformation lifecycles. • Support process improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Information, or related fields. • At least 5 years of experience in Drug Safety or Pharmacovigilance. • Advanced skills in Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and similar platforms. • Proficiency in databases like Postgres, Oracle, and MS Access, and programming languages such as SQL, VBA, and Python. • Familiarity with MedDRA, WHO Drug, and other commercial coding dictionaries. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • Knowledge of validation processes and associated documentation. • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with project management expertise. • Ability to manage multiple projects and resolve complex problems collaboratively. • Team-oriented mindset with a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and adaptability.
