Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator will process payrolls, maintain compliance, assist with benefits administration, and support HR functions while collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities Process accurate and timely payrolls with varying schedules for multiple businesses Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Assist with payroll and benefits administration (health, dental, vision, retirement plans) Respond to employee inquiries timely and professionally Support onboarding/offboarding and year-end processes Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data Skills High School Diploma or GED required Microsoft Office proficiency including basic Excel skills (formulas, data entry, formatting) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is integral Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Solid written/oral communication and interpersonal skills Strong reliability and consistency Superior time management and multitasking Problem-solving and execution strengths At least one year of Payroll and/or Administrative professional experience is highly preferred Degree in Business, HR, or Accounting a plus Benefits Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, LTD) 401K with immediate 3% safe harbor employer contribution 8 paid holidays + Paid Time Off (PTO) plan Hybrid schedule (primarily remote with some local onsite meetings as required) A supportive, collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunities for professional development and growth!
