Position: Payroll and Benefits Specialist - i2G (Remote - Midwest or East Coast) Location: Plain City Overview Employer Industry: Payroll and Benefits Administration Why consider this job opportunity: • Competitive salary with opportunities for bonuses • Potential for career advancement and growth within a rapidly expanding organization • Flexible remote work options available near office locations in Sterling, VA, Plymouth, MI, or Plain City, OH • Supportive work environment that values precision and partnership • Opportunity to shape payroll and benefits operations in a growing company What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Process the full payroll cycle for hourly and salaried employees, including new site locations • Manage employee data in payroll and HRIS systems, including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes • Participate in or lead the implementation of payroll and HRIS systems • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations • Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment processes What is Required (Qualifications) • 3-5 years of progressive payroll and benefits administration experience in a multi-location organization • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field • Strong knowledge of payroll tax and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions • Hands-on experience with payroll software and strong Excel/computer skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Payroll and/or benefits certification (e.g., American Payroll Association – FPC/CPP, CEBS) • Demonstrated experience with payroll/HRIS system implementation or major payroll systems conversion/upgrade • Ability to explain complex payroll and benefits concepts to employees effectively #Payroll #Benefits Administration #Remote Work #Career Growth #Compliance We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
