Part-Time VA / Personal Systems Assistant – $60/mo Trial + Quarterly Bonus Support a fast-moving founder-led team scaling in Q3–4/2025 About the Role We’re relaunching next week and need a reliable, self-sufficient VA to support day-to-day tasks and communication. You’ll work directly with the founder (me) and help keep systems organized, tasks moving, and updates flowing across a small remote team. This is a lean, high-output environment—we value clarity, execution, and communication. You’ll start with 1–2 hours a day and grow with the role if things go well. Founder Personality & Expectations I’m a strategic (Type B) founder juggling two businesses—one creative, one operations-heavy. I move fast, don’t enjoy micromanaging, and prefer direct communication with clear status updates and proposed solutions. I'm analytical, solutions-focused, and tend to operate in sprints. I value clarity, autonomy, and initiative. I don’t enjoy chasing for updates or hand-holding—I expect team members to communicate proactively, offer solutions (not just problems), and use A.I. tools (ChatGPT), ClickUp, or Notion to stay organized and move fast. I’ll always respect your time and input—and in return, I offer flexibility, bonus opportunities, and a chill, collaborative environment. :) What I Expect From You Organized and independent — able to prioritize and solve problems Clear communicator — proactively flag issues or delays Systems thinker — can help improve how things get done Fast, reliable, and tech-savvy (ChatGPT, Google Drive, Notion) Available Mon–Fri, online around the same time (e.g., 5 PM LA time) Responsibilities Light admin: reply to emails, summarize notes, light research Project updates: send weekly summaries and coordinate with team Inbox and task management (not much happening here) Help document or set up folders, SOPs, and reminders Be a second brain for the founder during launch phase Team Culture We’re a small team—systems VA (GHL + backend), outreach VA (DMs), and creative/sales support.
