Key Responsibilities • Assist Our AI-Powered Platform: Work closely with our generative AI technology to facilitate calls to payors, ensuring seamless interactions and data collection. • Quality Assurance: Review call outputs for accuracy and completeness, providing feedback to enhance the platform's performance. • Training and Improvement: Help train our AI by offering insights and recommendations, playing a crucial role in its development and refinement. • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to identify new opportunities, drive growth, and contribute to the company's strategic direction. • Front-Row Seat to Innovation: Be an integral part of a rapidly growing, Y Combinator-backed company, witnessing firsthand the impact of your work on the healthcare industry. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: • Healthcare Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in insurance benefits verification, prior authorization, and/or medical billing. • Operational Excellence: The ability to execute a high volume of tasks with precision and speed, balancing accuracy with efficiency. • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is key; you should be able to articulate your thoughts clearly and provide constructive feedback. • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential for ensuring the quality of work and identifying areas for improvement. • Problem-Solving: You should be adept at analyzing problems and proposing viable solutions, demonstrating a proactive approach to challenges. • Adaptability and Eagerness to Learn: A passion for learning new technologies, including generative AI, and a willingness to adapt in a rapidly changing environment. • Remote Work Compatibility: The ability to thrive in a remote working environment, leveraging flexibility to maintain productivity and work-life balance. • HIPAA Compliance: Understanding of and commitment to adhering to HIPAA regulations, safeguarding personal and sensitive information.
