Key Responsibilities • Assist Our AI-Powered Platform: Work closely with our generative AI technology to facilitate calls to payors, ensuring seamless interactions and data collection. • Quality Assurance: Review call outputs for accuracy and completeness, providing feedback to enhance the platform's performance. • Training and Improvement: Help train our AI by offering insights and recommendations, playing a crucial role in its development and refinement. • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to identify new opportunities, drive growth, and contribute to the company's strategic direction. • Front-Row Seat to Innovation: Be an integral part of a rapidly growing, Y Combinator-backed company, witnessing firsthand the impact of your work on the healthcare industry.
