Organizational Change Consultant
Capio Group is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Consultant to work as a part of the team on leading the transformation of the client's current SAP ECC, CRM, and other on-premise SAP systems to the latest SAP software version, RISE with SAP. The consultant will be responsible for tasks including process assessment, OCM plan and change strategy development, support change readiness, and more. Requirements • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible project management experience • Minimum three (3) years of applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools experience must have been in a lead capacity • Must possess a bachelor's degree • Must possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute • A minimum of five (5) years of broad and extensive OCM experience successfully managing OCM initiatives for information technology (IT) programs and/or projects • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Organizational Change Management SME performing change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategy development • Must have a minimum three (3) years of previous working experience as an OCM on SAP S/4HANA Transformations, implementations, and Migration Projects Benefits • Generous Paid Time Off • 401k Matching • Retirement Plan Apply tot his job
