The Role: Operations - All Around Athlete As an Operations - All Around Athlete, you'll be part of our Worker Operations team, which is responsible for delivering exceptional support to our supply-side (healthcare professionals) on our marketplace. With over 300 team members serving 60,000+ active professionals, we're looking for someone who is scrappy, driven, and passionate about solving customer problems. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-notch support to healthcare professionals on our marketplace, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Own end-to-end operations and support for the supply-side of our marketplace, driving process improvements and efficiencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, developing innovative solutions to drive growth and satisfaction. Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
