Operational Analyst

About the position The Operational Analyst position at Zions Bancorporation focuses on enhancing employee engagement and development within the Enterprise Technology and Operations team. This role involves data analysis, storytelling, and the administration of learning management systems to support workforce upskilling and internal engagement initiatives. Responsibilities • Serves as LMS administrator for Pluralsight • Leads technology upskilling campaigns and acts as the internal tech fluency champion • Collects and prepares workforce analytics related to employee upskilling/development, people analytics, DEI, and internal engagement reporting • Designs and/or develops specific databases for collection, tracking and reporting of research and operational data • Creates automation and develops applications that support employee experience and workplace culture enhancements • Leads employee survey administration and reporting for Enterprise Technology and Operations • Other duties as assigned Requirements • Experience working with Microsoft PowerBI and Power Apps • Ability to gather and analyze statistical data, utilize statistical computer software, manage and meet deadlines • Working knowledge of databases, report writing, statistical software, SQL and MS office applications • Strong analysis, research and presentation skills • Experience working with Pluralsight, InMoment, Adobe, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is preferred • Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field • 4+ yrs experience in business and data analysis, processes, procedures, multiple technologies, etc. or other directly related experience Nice-to-haves • Experience working with Pluralsight, InMoment, Adobe, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is preferred Benefits • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE! • Life and Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance • Health Savings (HSA), Flexible Spending (FSA) and dependent care accounts • Paid Training, Paid Time Off (PTO) and 11 Paid Federal Holidays • 401(k) plan with company match, Profit Sharing, competitive compensation in line with work experience • Mental health benefits including coaching and therapy sessions • Tuition Reimbursement for qualifying employees • Employee Ambassador preferred banking products Apply tot his job
