N8N Automation Specialist – AI Agent & Workflow Development About AIify It AIify It is an AI consulting company that builds custom AI agents and automation workflows for businesses. We don't just hand clients tools or strategy decks—we embed AI directly into their operations using our proprietary RACE Framework (Review, Architect, Configure, Embed). Our engagements include weekly live build sessions where we work side-by-side with clients to architect and deploy systems that transform how they run their businesses. The Role We're looking for an N8N expert who can own the technical build-out of complex automation workflows for our clients from start to finish. You'll work directly with business owners and operators to understand their processes, then architect and deploy n8n workflows that solve real operational problems—from lead management and CRM automation to document processing, API integrations, and AI-powered agent systems. This isn't a back-office role. You'll be client-facing, participating in live build sessions, explaining technical concepts in plain language, and iterating in real-time based on client feedback. Every workflow you build will be deployed into a client's business and used daily by their team. What You'll Be Building (For Our Clients) - Multi-step automation workflows connecting CRMs, calendars, email platforms, and business tools - API integrations with platforms like Supabase, Circle.so, Zoom, Google Workspace, and various SaaS applications - AI agent workflows incorporating LLMs for tasks like document analysis, lead qualification, and customer communication - Vector database implementations for semantic search and knowledge retrieval - Automation sequences triggered by business events - Custom webhook handlers and data transformation logic - More fun stuff! Requirements - Deep hands-on experience with n8n (not just tutorials—production deployments in real business environments) - Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys) - Experience with database connections, particularly PostgreSQL/Supabase - Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and debug API issues independently - Comfortable working directly with clients—translating business needs into technical solutions and explaining what you're building in terms they understand - Proactive problem-solver who documents solutions and thinks about edge cases before they become client issues Preferred - Experience with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) - Prompt Engineering experience and creativity - Familiarity with vector databases and embedding workflows - Background in CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce) - Direct HTTP API connection and custom auth troubleshooting What Success Looks Like Within 90 days, you're independently running the technical portions of client build sessions, deploying workflows that our clients rely on daily, and proactively identifying automation opportunities within their businesses that they haven't even thought of yet.
