Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Developer to join our remote team and support the modernization of our mobile platform. This is a contract opportunity open to candidates across LATAM, working with a U.S.-based company. You’ll work across React Native, Kotlin/Java (Android), and Swift (iOS) to enhance app performance, stability, and user experience. You’ll collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality mobile features and improvements on a project-based schedule. Responsibilities • Develop, debug, and optimize mobile applications using React Native and native code (Kotlin/Java, Swift). • Integrate APIs and ensure consistent functionality and performance across iOS and Android. • Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality, maintainable code standards. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time. • Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, App Store and Play Store deployments. Technical Requirements Must-Have Skills • React Native (expert level) • Kotlin / Java (Android development) • English Level: Advanced (B2+ or C1) — able to participate fluently in technical discussions with U.S.-based teams. • Swift (iOS development) • API integration & mobile performance tuning • CI/CD, App Store & Play Store release management • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Desired Skills • Experience refactoring or modernizing legacy mobile architectures • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and working with distributed teams • Understanding of automated testing and mobile analytics tools Other Requirements​​​​​​​ • Time Zone: Operates in Central Time (flexibility appreciated). • ​​​​​​​Region: LATAM preferred.
