Media Manager, Strategic Customers - Target & Kroger
About the position The Media Manager for Strategic Customers at Post Consumer Brands is responsible for building and executing data-driven digital marketing programs to support key retail partners such as Target and Kroger. This role involves planning, measuring, and optimizing digital media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce experience. The position requires a creative approach to media strategy and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive results and enhance brand visibility in the market. Responsibilities • Plan and execute digital media campaigns across retail media tactics for key customers. • Manage retail media budgets and provide recommendations for future spending. • Outline measurement goals for media spend and translate data into actionable insights. • Assess media performance on key e-commerce metrics and communicate impact to the organization. • Monitor and analyze programs to improve audience understanding and identify opportunities. • Lead the creative process for retail media, including feedback and deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand insights with sales priorities. • Partner with agencies to define and deliver on campaign KPIs. • Coach and develop associate media managers. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism preferred. • 5-7 years of marketing, media planning, and/or strategy experience. • E-commerce experience is required. • Digital experience on agency or client side is required. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience in multiple digital media channels, including search, programmatic, and social media.
