Who You Are We are seeking a strategic partner with a founder’s mindset: A seasoned AI expert with a proven record building custom AI solutions — ideally CDS tools in healthcare or other regulated industries. Hands-on experience training sophisticated models on large, proprietary datasets. Mastery of transparency, explainability (XAI), and reliability in model design. Comfortable building systems that clinicians and regulators can trust. Knowledgeable about HIPAA and data security principles.
