Junior Strategic Account Manager

Future Electronics Corp. is a leading electronics distributor seeking a Junior Strategic Account Manager. The role focuses on maintaining and developing customer relationships, managing customer engagement, and driving growth in fulfillment and demand creation. Responsibilities Maintaining existing customers and developing new and emerging customers within the local geography Managing all aspects of customer engagement, including but not limited to customer demand schedule, credit issues, quote management, and product knowledge/awareness Driving growth in fulfillment and demand creation Surpass assigned sales goals Develop and maintain purchasing and engineering relationships at accounts Completion of account pre-call preparation work and qualifying Determine calls to be made, set objectives with local management Full participation in Sales training Prepare a daily schedule and monitor achievement level Be proactive about order follow-up, credit issues, backlog, schedules etc Aligning the needs of the customer with the needs of the company Maintain customer profiles, engineering opportunities, and visit reports via CRM Daily communication to Branch Management and Inside Sales on customer visits, objectives, and achievements Work as part of a team and understand each customer’s organization, including buying process and patterns Skills Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) 4-year college degree Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) 1-2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of success would be an asset Previous electronics distribution industry sales experience Benefits Medical coverage through the United Healthcare Choice Plus Plan Telemedicine and virtual medical visit coverage Prescription coverage through Express Scripts Two dental plan options with Delta Dental of MA Flexible Spending Accounts Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability benefits Supplemental life insurance Long-term disability Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Company Overview Future Electronics is a manufacturer and distributor of electrical and electro-mechanical products.
