About the position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product, authoring, and engineering teams to design seamless content migration from the current clientClinic.org site to the new CMS.
• Maintain existing design patterns and components during the migration, ensuring the visual integrity of the website is preserved.
• Identify gaps in existing components and create new design elements or patterns as needed to support content migration.
• Document and communicate the design requirements for new components, working closely with engineering to ensure proper implementation within the CMS.
• Develop clear, comprehensive design guidelines and best practices for the content migration process.
• Document any design-related aspects of the migration, including instructions for future content authors on how to apply design components in the new CMS.
• Review migrated content to ensure it aligns with the intended design, ensuring visual consistency and quality across all pages.
• Conduct design QA to identify and address issues related to design.
• Provide ongoing design support to ensure smooth transitions throughout the migration process.
Requirements
• Proven experience in UI and UX design, ideally within large-scale websites.
• Experience with web content management systems and content migration processes.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of web standards, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience creating and documenting design styles, patterns, and components.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design consistency across various digital platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and basic web development is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
Benefits
• Pay range: $54 to $61 per hour on W2
