As VP of Marketing, you will lead and execute a results-driven marketing strategy that directly impacts revenue growth and business success. Your key responsibilities include:

• Driving Business Growth: Ensure that marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue and long-term success.

• Overseeing Brand Positioning & Demand Generation: Develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility.

• Data-Driven Strategy: Use performance analytics to track KPIs (pipeline growth, conversion rates, brand impact) and optimize marketing ROI.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align marketing efforts with company objectives, collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams.

• Scaling & Optimizing Marketing Efforts: Manage and grow a high-performing marketing team, ensuring measurable and scalable strategies.

• Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee content marketing, paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, and social media engagement.

This is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas. You will work three days a week from our super cool, dog-friendly Downtown Austin office with 24/7 parking included!

• Have 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital marketing.

• Have scaled and led high-performing marketing teams, managing content, demand generation, and brand functions.

• Are results-driven and analytical, using data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.

• Have a proven track record of:

  • Exponentially increasing inbound leads through strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Improving brand awareness, website traffic, and customer acquisition efficiency.

  • Enhancing digital conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.

• Have strong multi-channel expertise, including content marketing, paid ads, email, and social media.

• Have B2B marketing experience, ideally within complex sales cycles.

• Are an inspiring leader, fostering collaboration and managing creative and design teams effectively.

• Are fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Struggle in fast-paced environments.

• Are uncomfortable diving into numbers and metrics
