Job Summary Hulu is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Technical Support Executive to join our dedicated customer care team. In this remote role, you will serve as a front-line contact for customers experiencing streaming or device-related issues. You will use your technical acumen, communication skills, and customer-first mindset to troubleshoot, resolve problems, and provide a smooth viewing experience for millions of Hulu users across the U.S. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional digital support.
