Virtual Sales Representative, you will engage with Canadian clients online, present products, and help families find the coverage that's right for them — all from the comfort of your own home.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Connect with clients and conduct virtual product presentations via Zoom
• Listen carefully to client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Complete and submit client applications accurately within compliance standards
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain up-to-date client records in the company CRM
• Attend weekly team meetings, training calls, and performance check-ins
• Actively pursue personal and professional development through company resources
• Uphold standards of integrity and client-first service at all times
