WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are currently seeking an adaptable, personable, and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate has the ability to positively influence the sales process, source leads, as well as effectively manage the relationships with current clients.
We are searching for an individual who has success in customer service and is able to fulfill daily sales goals through consistent communication and feedback.
Duties
• Conduct outbound calls and telemarketing efforts to expand client base
• Assess client needs through detailed analysis and provide personalized insurance options that meet their requirements
• Advise on policy terms, coverage limits, and premiums with clients to secure benefits tailored to the individual
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining ongoing client relationships
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive client information
Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals while balancing client needs and company policies
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
