Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Inputting data into databases and systems accurately and timely, ensuring high-quality data entry that meets our standards.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, and making corrections as needed to maintain data integrity.
- Maintaining data confidentiality and following company policies to ensure the security and privacy of sensitive information.
- Conducting regular data backups to ensure data preservation and prevent data loss.
- Providing administrative support as needed, including scheduling, email management, and customer service, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Collaborating with team members to improve data accuracy and efficiency, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, with a strong background in data entry and administrative support.
- Familiarity with data entry and administrative responsibilities, including data management and record-keeping.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and data entry software, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve errors and discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant, such as a certification or diploma in a related field.
- Experience with data management and record-keeping, including data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with cloud-based productivity tools and software, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
