We’re hiring an Administrative Virtual Assistant to support a busy, locally-owned cleaning company. If you’re organized, dependable, and enjoy helping small businesses run smoothly, this could be a great fit for you. In this role, you’ll work closely with a professional cleaning team, handling the behind-the-scenes administrative tasks that keep the business running day-to-day, and following up with leads and making sales. This is a long-term, remote opportunity with room to grow. You’ll play a key role in managing schedules, communicating with clients, and supporting a business owner who truly values their team. ⸻ What You’ll Do: • Provide friendly, reliable communication with clients via phone, email, and text • Schedule cleaning appointments and manage calendars for the field team • Handle email inbox management and respond to customer inquiries • Take incoming customer calls, and give quotes • Organize documents, maintain client records, and assist with file organization • Support task tracking, invoicing, and other admin duties • Assist with documenting internal processes (SOPs) • Log your time accurately and report tasks completed ⸻ About the Role: This isn’t a typical 9-to-5 office job. You’ll work remotely, providing admin support during standard U.S. business hours. Work comes in throughout the day — you may have periods of downtime between tasks, but you’ll need to be responsive and ready to assist when needed.
