What you'll be doing:
• Oversee global data management operations with a focus on streamlining workflows, reducing cycle times, and enhancing data reliability.
• Implement scalable, tech‑enabled processes that support faster database builds, earlier data insights, and higher‑quality deliverables.
• Establish robust governance frameworks that ensure consistency, compliance, and traceability across all programs.
• Build, develop and mentor high performing global teams to adopt new tools, methodologies, and mindsets that support digital transformation.
• Define and implement the global vision, operating model, and long‑term roadmap for Clinical Data Sciences.
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Life Science required and Post Graduate preferred
• Experience working at a Global CRO or Pharmaceutical Company
• 15+ years mastery in required or related experience
• 10+ years’ experience in people management
• 7+ years in a leadership role (within Clinical Data Management)
• International travel is required and preference for Bangalore based
